Overview

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us! While we don’t offer refunds, we do offer exchanges in certain cases.

We ask that you take care when using and caring for your item, and if you have any questions about how to properly care for it, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us. We are here to help!

Please keep in mind that we cannot accept exchanges for items that have been damaged due to misuse or not following our care instructions. However, if you do have a problem with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to make it right.

Printed Clothing Care Guide

Online Print Services

Print on Demand, Direct-To-Garment (DTG)
There might be certain deviations on the final item compared to the design preview on our website. Small colour differences and minor placement differences might occur, this is a result of the print process. 

Custom Transfer Prints, Direct-To-Film (DTF)
There might be certain deviations on the final item compared to the design preview on your computer/smart phone. Expect small colour differences. 

Please provide a PNG if you have transparent elements in your design. 

We want to make sure you’re fully informed about our printing process and how it may affect the final product. Please note that some small parts of the design, such as semi-transparent fades, light smoke, or shines, may fade out on the edges, including shadows. This is a natural result of the printing process and may be more noticeable on some designs than others.

When placing your order, please let us know if you plan to use the print on a white, black, or other colored garment. This helps us select the appropriate transfer powder to use. For example, if you plan to use the print on a white or light-colored garment, we will treat the transfer film with white powder. If you plan to use it only on black garments, we will opt for black powder. If you’re unsure what color or item you’ll use the transfer on, we default to using white powder.

Please note that any residue left on your item due to the powder is not the responsibility of BBASHI. If you see powder on transparent areas of your artwork, this is a byproduct of the print method, but don’t worry – you’re able to cut the print any way you want.

Lastly, we cannot be responsible for any damage to your item that may occur due to experimentation or not following the usage directions. We hope you love your item and use it in the way it was intended!

Copyright

At BBASHI, we take intellectual property rights seriously and want to ensure that all orders placed with us do not infringe on any third party rights, especially copyrights. By placing an order with us, you declare that you hold the necessary duplication and reproduction rights for the artwork or design you are requesting.

Please note that you are solely liable for any infringement of third-party rights that may occur as a result of your order placement. In the event of a claim or legal action taken against BBASHI by a third party for copyright infringement, you agree to indemnify us and hold us harmless from any and all such claims.

We encourage you to review and comply with all relevant laws and regulations when placing an order with us. If you have any questions or concerns about whether you hold the necessary rights for the artwork or design, please do not hesitate to contact us before placing your order.

Shipping

At BBASHI, we strive to process and complete your order as quickly as possible. In general, orders are usually processed and completed within 1-2 weeks. Once your order has been completed, standard Swiss shipping usually takes 3-5 business days.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. If your shipment is lost, stolen, or damaged, customers are responsible for paying any additional shipping and handling fees required to have the order re-shipped, if available. The buyer also assumes all responsibilities for any claims made with the shipping carrier.

We want you to receive your order in a timely and secure manner. If you have any concerns about the shipping process or need to make alternative shipping arrangements, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

International Shipping, Tax and Duty
we ship internationally to many countries around the world. Please note that we do not currently ship to North America or Canada. For international orders, delivery time varies by country and can take 1-2 weeks.

It’s important to be aware that orders shipped outside Switzerland may be subject to customs duties and fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs and could potentially increase the delivery time of your order. Please be aware of your country’s customs regulations and fees before placing an order with us.

Please also note that BBASHI is not responsible for any lost items during international transit. We want you to receive your order in a timely and secure manner, so please contact us if you have any concerns or need to make alternative shipping arrangements.
